Unfortunately, the issue persists in troubleshoot mode (screenshot below). I also tried using Chrome instead of Firefox, and also reinstalled the plugin; neither of which helped at all.

The website is not giving me the option to install via the in-game plugin. I just noticed this today when my friend asked if I was having issues with Heliosphere and it turns out I am! Last used the site on 2nd October and it was all fine. Here is what Firefox says about it:
