Website Unsure why mod got hidden

~~I see one of my mods got hidden but there is no note of the reason why. Is there a place where I can see the reason so I can remedy it on my end?~~

NVM I checked my email got sent to a different folder.

You receive an email with the reason, and you can also view it in the audit log (from your mod page, click "Audit" in the tool bar next to "View").
