I'm having a similar issue with a mod I've been trying to release today. Updating other mods with new PMPs works fine but I specifically keep getting an internal server error every time I try to release the specific mod. I can send the PMP whichever way makes sense if it'll help.

Solution
group_013_bracelets - toggles.json line 87 has a bunch of null bytes (represented as \u0000 at the end of "Hide Upper Right"'s name. If you remove those, it will work. Out of curiosity, since this has happened once before, which did you use to package this PMP: Penumbra or TexTools? Would like to track down why this happens
You can upload the PMP wherever or send it to me on Discord username anna.lgbt. I'm thinking there's an invalid UTF-8 codepoint in one of your JSONs.

Solution
I packed it from Aleks' Yet Another Addon in Blender, then back out of Penumbra from there. There's a pretty good chance I might have made a mistake packing it in Blender initially.
