Under "check common issues", do you see a list item with a button or bold text? Most likely you haven't granted Heliosphere the browser permissions it needs to connect to "apps on your device".

No, the problem is the way the files in the zip are named. Otter has already written a fix, but I'm not sure just yet about when it will be released.

What operating system? I should've asked this to begin with, oops. As you can see in the thread I linked, the issue is that the files are saved with backslashes instead of slashes.
