It is because your PMP references a file that does not exist in the PMP. I can't say for certain what is referencing it since I don't have the PMP. Heliosphere is telling you that one of your options is trying to read the file...

You can send me the PMP, but the file you're showing is not the one it's saying is missing (yours is under Wing Color/Gold). You can see these files in Penumbra.

When it fails, it shows you a reason in the little upload notification in the corner. You can go to the edit page for your mod, click the "Versions and variants" tab, then delete versions. You may need to refresh the page. Versions that fail to process are not created, though.
