Whenever i try to install Tre I keep getting an error, I've actually been having this issue for a while suddenly one day after an update probably a couple months ago? I got an error and couldn't get around it so I did a manual install and it works but then I decided to see if I could do the heliosphere update today and see if it would work and nope, still get an error.
Code:
Error type: System.IO.IOException

That is unfortunately not enough information from the error. If you can share your dalamud.log file and/or your support ID, I could look into it further. You can find those from the support tab in /hs.

Hello sorry for just seeing this, I believe this is the right code you're looking for? just hit copy troubleshooting information in HS

Not sure if this might be helpful as well?

Something is denying access to that folder. You can try to see if an AV or something like OneDrive is interfering, but it's a problem on your side, not an issue with Heliosphere. Your Documents folder is usually not a good place for your Penumbra library anyway.
