Website Cannot Log into Heliosphere account on website

Hello, I can't log into my account on Heliosphere's website, and when I tried the "forgot my password" option it never sends to my email. I also never received the verification email when I created my account. My username is JZombi27

It doesn't send because you never verified your email. Either your mail provider rejected the verification email or it went to spam.

I marked your email as verified manually, which will allow the forgot password form to work. As to whether your mail provider will deliver the email to you? That's not something I can help with.
