Failing Updates

Can't currently update or download new stuff. Only seems to be from the latest patch and updates though.
Just went and added all the exceptions virus wise. Any idea what else this could be?
The weird part is HS actually reports in other logs updates have completed.

Error type: System.IO.IOException
   Message: Access to the path 'C:\Users\FILEPATH\FF14Mods\hs-Yet Another Body+-4.1.6-tmi' is denied.

Right so I figured out my issue.
It's fairly straight forward. I ended up with protected folders in my Documents area. had to enable ffxiv_dx11.exe and now it all works again. not really sure how it's related given it's in the steam install location but, here we are.

Given that this doesn't seem to be affecting others, I believe it is a local problem. Something is wrong with the permissions on your Penumbra directory.
