Forgot password, email doesn't come in for a reset?(Suspecting I didn't confirm my email)

Recently wanted to sign in Heliosphere, but as I forgot my password, requested a reset, but no email came. From reading similar posts with the similar issue, I suspect I simply failed to confirm it on the primary installation? And I believe that's why I'm not getting any "reset password" emails. Username should be either S8thR0th or s8thr0th.
