One of my downloads failed. How can I restart it?
Just start the download again. Any properly-downloaded files that Heliosphere already grabbed will be checked and skipped.
How do I cancel a download/fix a stalled download?
Cancel the download by dismissing the notification by hovering over it and clicking the X. You can restart it and it will pick up from where it left off.
My downloads keep having a timeout error.
This indicates a problem connecting to Cloudflare. Try using a VPN.
Do you support XL/Dalamud CN (the Chinese version)?
I cannot test on CN, so I do not officially support it. In theory, there is nothing that should break because of the game, but there are issues that can arise that are out of my control.
