Heliosphere now supports the Penumbra JSON changes

Penumbra testing recently changed the way that PMPs use JSON files for groups and added new features for groups and options. Heliosphere has been updated to support both of these changes.

• Updating the plugin is required to take advantage of the new features.
• The website does not currently support PMP downloads using the new JSON format since it's testing-only; PMP downloads will use the old format even for mods uploaded with the new format.
• The plugin will detect which format to use automatically, making it safe to use on both stable and testing Penumbra.
