Making uploads faster and more reliable

The recent uptick in errors from Cloudflare while uploading mods and extra files has shown some weak spots in how uploads are handled.

I have pushed an update out that should do the following:

• make uploads faster by running multiple requests at once
• make uploads more reliable by changing some backend implementations
• make uploads properly report errors if any occur

I hope these changes will help reduce the number of errors you experience while uploading and also increase upload speed! Please let me know if you encounter any issues.
