Plugin Mods disappeared?

Hi there. Having a problem where 90% of my mods downloaded through HS are just... missing from Penumbra.
HS is also throwing errors for several mods, that I have never seen before:

Error type: Heliosphere.Exceptions.MultipleModDirectoriesException Message: Exception of type 'Heliosphere.Exceptions.MultipleModDirectoriesException' was thrown. HResult: 0x80131500 at Heliosphere.DownloadTask.DetermineIfUpdate(IDownloadTaskGetVersion info) in //DownloadTask.cs:line 444 at Heliosphere.DownloadTask.Run() in /_/DownloadTask.cs:line 171

Any idea a fix for this? Penumbra and HS are both freshly updated.

Need your dalamud.log.

How long has it been since you updated? If you just updated from 3.x.x, then it would have been migrating the directories, and something could've interrupted that.

Updated all plugins on game launch. HS wasn't specifically updated, but XIVLauncher is set to autoupdate.
