need help finding a mod

im trying to find a modded dress i saw in a youtube video (attached) but the video creator said that they forgot what the mod was called. does anyone know what the mod is called, or at least what this type of dress is called so i know where to look? thanks!

Hi! This is not a WCIF (where can I find) forum. I don't know where people do that, but it's not here. I think there are Discord servers for that purpose.
