Website Need to reduplicate upload instance- dependencies, media & file did not upload initially

Hey just wanted to document this instance in case it happens again. I'll see when I try another upload later today or tomorrow:
Steps:
Created a New Mod
Filled in all inputs
Added Mod Archive File (my file was an export from Penumbra v 1.0.0)
Added Media/Preview Image
Approved Automated Dependencies for Bibo+ and The Body SE
Agreed to compliance
Clicked Create Mod

Page was created but private, all things were correct, however no file or variant, no dependencies and no preview. I was able to fix all of these myself but was strange behavior I haven't run into before. I'll test with screenshots later.

Sounds like one of the early requests failed. All those things are handled in separate requests, and if one fails, it ends up taking you to the mod page as is.
