Plugin No Heliosphere update recieved

Here are my plugins and version info:

- Heliosphere 'v2.3.4.0'
- Dalmud 'not sure, but I just installed an update, so maybe it's the latest version?'
- XIV Launcher CN 'v6.4.3.0'
- PS: I'm a Chinese player, for now CN Server version is `7.05`

And plugin repo for heliosphere is : 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Ottermandias/SeaOfStars/main/repo.json'

Inside 'Dalmud Plugins/Installed/Can be updated/', I do not see a new version heliosphere (>3.0.0)

I open the repo json file in my browser, confirmed that my internet connection is fine.

Should I install the latest version manually or how to fix this problem ?

CN client is a few versions of Dalamud behind the international client, so it's probably related to that; plugins released for international aren't guaranteed to work on CN, and vice versa. So probably not much you can do except wait for CN client to catch up (possibly whenever 7.1 is released there), or hope for someone to fork the Heliosphere plugin for CN.

Until then you can probably still install mods manually using the "download as PMP" option.

There's nothing I can do about this. I've released the update on my end. If fully deleting the plugin and reinstalling it doesn't work, it's probably a CN problem. I don't provide official support for non-international clients, so that's my best guess!
