Plugin PLugin no longer communicating with website

Yeah - I see there a several dozen of these. None of the answers make sense. The one link dealing with a recent update is not helpful and the thread there is closed and locked anyway. My mod downloads were working fine. Now they are not. I have the most up to date plugin. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

  1. Failed to fetch
And does not progress farther. I am not a programmer. I am not even very intelligent. Is there a guide for a fix that works?
