Put a link to the forums on the top right of the mod page

This could probably go in the other suggestion section but this is mostly about the forums so I put it here.
The only link to the forums found on the mod platform itself is in the "Welcome to Heliosphere" help text that will most likely get clicked away or skipped over. People who've read it can easily forget about it, and I'd bet a lot of people didn't read it to begin with.

Having a link next to the guide, search and profile links would make the forums more accessilbe and less likely to be forgotten about.

Yeah, I want to reorganise the top links and drop-down, so that's something I'll take care of when I do. It is funny to me, though, that there's a link to the forums at the very bottom of every single page! Guess that goes to show how often people look at the footer.

I've made a fool of myself and in doing so proved my point! Footers are the kind of thing I only read once and never again, so I've been typing the forum URL once in a while instead of using that link. Good to know it's there at least!
