I have no idea if this is even possible to implement, much less easily done but I'd love to be able to add the modders I follow to my RSS reader to see when they upload a new mod.
You should now be able to plug in a user's page into a feed reader and it should be able to extract the atom feed. Note that if you want NSFW/NSFL mods included, you need to add ?nsfw=true to the end of the URL.
