Plugin Searchable Collections for Installation

I have a lot (20+) of collections and when installing mods via Heliosphere plugin, I have to manually scroll through the collections dropdown to use the “enable in collection” interface. Being able to search that dropdown would be really handy.

Surprised I didn't add this when I was adding the dropdown already. Good idea! I'll put it on the list.
