Unable to move from 3.1.0.0 to 4.0

I'm stuck on the old version of Heliosphere I have the sea of stars repo added but the only version of HelioSphere is from the Dalamud Darkness Repo which says decommissioned

I don't know what the Dalamud Darkness Repo is, but you likely need to delete the plugin entirely (which will not delete your mods or settings) and then reinstall it from Sea of Stars.

my problem becomes it doesn't show up to let me pick another repo :/

but apparently its not pulling heliosphere from seaofstars at all

ok so im dumb i guess dalamud doesnt show the plugins from other repos if you have it installed from a different repo
