Update/Download failed

Some mods won't download or update while others work fine.
I get this error:

Access denied is typically antivirus or an issue with the filesystem. Try adding AV exclusions for Heliosphere and Dalamud.

Where can I find the path for Heliosphere?

It's inside the Dalamud installed plugins folder, so if you've allowed the Dalamud folder, it should be good.

I did that and it's still not updating the mod
