Website not able to reach in-game plugin

I checked the startup and none of the 3 listed problem sites/extensions are used. I checked all ad-blockers as well and can not identify what is causing the block.
In-game plugin is updated to 4.1.0

(If this helps, any attempt to change or update my password on the Heliosphere website return back 'An unexpected error occurred')

You're gonna need to tell me the browser you're using and OS.

Windows 11, Chrome. I also checked Firefox and same issue.

Could be a block happy antivirus or firewall. Not sure what else could be blocking connections to localhost.

I will continue to troubleshoot on my end and report any findings.

I have gone so far as to turn off all antivirus and firewalls and still the website can not connect to the plugin

When I closed the game and opened it back up, I tried to connect again and got a new error message this time.

I'm not sure how but for now, it seems to be working. I sent in a password change to my Heliosphere account for the website and then checked the settings and saw the one-click code box was empty. So I generated a new one and *for now*, it seems to be working again.
