I've been trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I have followed the entire heliosphere guide, putting the experimental repositories and downloading the heliosphere app on Penumbra. But this one mod called "Andor" a Tbse mod won't import, saying the same message that it failed to import and that "the file doesn't exist" despite the fact that its there and in the mods folder which is connected via Root directory. What am I doing wrong if anyone can explain?

There are many small misunderstandings happening here, I think. Heliosphere is not an app; it's a plugin for Dalamud. You did not download it "on Penumbra"; Penumbra is another Dalamud plugin. You didn't provide any steps to reproduce the issue, nor did you provide any logs, so I can't say for certain what is happening. The error you're talking about is a Penumbra error, not a Heliosphere error, though, so you likely need to ask them. See this thread for a link to Penumbra's Discord server.
