Multiboxing is not supported. Should show on the client opened first, so open the one you want it to show up on first? Best I can offer. If that doesn't work, you're on your own.

If you'll read the error message, it's telling you that Heliosphere is refusing to install in a OneDrive folder. Putting your Penumbra folder in OneDrive (or any networked location) causes all sorts of issues. If you would like to forfeit access to support, you can enable unsupported options by...

Sorry, I can't help with filesystem misconfigurations. You'll have to figure out why the access is being denied; it's not a Heliosphere-caused issue.

The download as PMP button is available under the main download button if the plugin is installed. I have heard good things about 1.1.1.1 VPN for free options.

Please open Heliosphere with /hs, go to the Support tab, click the copy config button, then paste that here. As a workaround for now, you can set all the speed limits to zero.
