Nope, those ones have "DOLL 2" and "Doll Body 2.0" and "Doll Body", which are not "Doll Body 2". Just searching for the doll tag presents better results. This feature request would make this experience better.

You should now be able to plug in a user's page into a feed reader and it should be able to extract the atom feed. Note that if you want NSFW/NSFL mods included, you need to add ?nsfw=true to the end of the URL.

Go to the setup page and clicked "Get started". It will show you that it can't connect and then list known problematic browsers/extensions. Something is blocking connections to localhost. If none of the listed thing on the page apply to you, let me know your browser, browser version, and OS.
